No, currently all sales are conducted through our website only.

How good is the clothing quality?

Expect professional clothing craftsmanship & printing, the materials used are detailed in each items description. For cleaning and clothing care, please follow the instructional tag provided on your item. Care TIPS: [Cold water wash cycle] . [Hang Dry] . [Iron Low heat] for best results.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, we ship only within the USA and to its territories, we also ship to APO & FPO addresses.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel orders only during the initial stage of the order fulfillment process, this means prior to printing. Once printing has begun the order cannot be cancelled. If there is a need to cancel your order during the initial stage, it is imperative to request cancellation as soon as possible. Send email to: service@theartofphotographyab.com with your order number requesting cancellation.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, & Apple pay.

 How long have you been in business?

The Art of Photography AB LLC was established in June of 2020.

What shipping speeds do you offer?

Items are shipped at a flat rate (standard), average delivery times are (3-5) days after order fulfillment. Shipping times may vary due to destination, and source shipping locations. See our Shipping page for more information.

Additional Returns Procedures

A) If an incorrect delivery address was provided; Items will be returned to the shipping facility where they are held up to 4 weeks, you will need to contact us during this time, and provide the correct shipping address to have the item reshipped. The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

B) We do not except returns as a result of buyer’s remorse or for size exchanges. Detail product descriptions as well as size charts are provided for each item.

C) For Items lost in transit, customer must submit a claim, no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. In such cases we will first request that you verify that the shipping address was correct and you have contacted the carrier for assistance with locating the lost item.

In the event that the customer had not received the package, but the carrier has tracking number confirmation of delivery. The Art of Photography AB LLC won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
